We hope you are happy with your “Shade Furnishings “purchase, should you choose to return the goods you have purchase you must notify us at any time within 14 days of receipt for a refund.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Our policy last 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions of returns to be eligible for a return your item must  be unused and in the same condition that you received it (including all packaging and tags intact).

The costs of returning goods shall be borne by the customer.

The original postage charge for sending the goods will be deducted from any refund and the customer is liable for any postal charges incurred for returning the goods to us.

We offer a refund for certain items only if they’re faulty, such as: Personalised orders and Custom – made items, for example; lampshade, roman blind, curtains or cushion.

Please note: we only accept returns on personalised items if there are faulty, or does not do what it's supposed to.
